4 morning news. this just can't live pictures coming out of delaware. where a man is dead after opening fire in a courthouse. >> here are new pictures out of washington. the man suspected of killing his wife and warning to others at the new castle county courthouse. the shooter was killed by police. >> a couple was a strange. no word yet on the condition of the other two were shot. >> also making headlines a carnival cruise ship that stranded off the gulf of mexico with more than 3000 passengers on board will be towed to a port in mexico this morning. authorities said the cruise was returning to galveston, texas from mexico's yucatan peninsula yesterday when the engines caught fire. >> a u.s. coast guard cutters expected to tow it to progresso , mexico.
